“As it has been since Olaf has been reporting to me, he continues to exceed his goals. He has always been proactive in dealing with issues, always offering solutions. Rarely do I need to ask him to do something because he takes it upon himself to execute on the solution that is arrived at. Taking ownership is second nature to Olaf. I know I could not find a better person for the job. He is also a true leader who is highly respected by his team, and knows how to get the best from them.”

“The business has changed over the course of the year with the divestiture and Olaf assumed a large role in ensuring things continued to move in the right direction. He drove for results with the team and held morale up. Things will continue to evolve over the next year, with Olaf directing the sales organization.
Olaf is a good communicator and keeps his folks informed as well as hold them accountable for their actions. He leads by example and has done a consistent job of identifying new sources of revenue.
